Lost items upon exfilling

I exfilled inside pinwheel base at 20:00 on 5/4/26. I matter transferred but it came up as run failed after final exfil. I lost 16k worth of gear including a misriah and half of the contract parasitsim 2/5.

Happened to me today as well 12:29 PM EDT. Mine was a locked exfil. I won't be touching Outpost until this bug is addressed. I lost so much as well despite doing it right :(
