Description of issue : Noticed on Outpost primarily when playing ROOK, the audio has at times been delaying for a 3 second period.
For example, when moving on a metal platform as Processing, footsteps have been echoing in a trail after taking steps and just following the character.
Perhaps this is a server communication issue
