On Controller, 'Toggle Weapon Action' not working when bound to combination of buttons that share an input with 'Switch Weapon' if two weapons equipped.
In this scenario, 'Toggle Weapon Action' is bound to gamepad input 'Select' + 'Y' [press, tap, or hold] and 'Switch Weapon' is bound to gamepad input 'Y'. If a weapon with a secondary mode, experienced with the V66 Lookout, hitting 'Select' + 'Y' will switch the weapon, regardless of 'Select' being pressed at the same time as 'Y' or held before 'Y' is pressed.
