Unable to complete Selection 3/4 and 4/4 at the same time

If you are in a party with someone with Selection Pressure 3/4 and they pick up one of their Inert Sample quest objectives then it shows you have picked up one of the "Active Contagion Samples" for Selection Pressure 4/4. This prevents you from obtaining an active contagion sample, even if the other player drops their sample. This prevents contract completion.
