Cryo Archive exfil disappeared

Hi, 

I had a run with two teammates on Cryo Archive today (most recent run of mine as of 00:18 22/03/2026) and we activated an exfil. We got to an exfil but as my teammate stepped inside it immediately exfilled only him with zero animation / warning. As such, myself and my other teammate were left to die without an exfil as the final exfil timer approached.

Is there any way this gear could be refunded to me?
