Replicated crash issue with RTX video.

So this is on the 3000 series Nvidia cards at least. If you run RTX video enhancements on web browser on sites like youtube, and run DLSS in the game at the same time, it will crash. Not an huge issue, just turn off RTX video and and DLSS and the errors no longer persist. Most likely due to older gen cards and the utilization of tensor cores.
