I Want Reimbursed due to Power Outage
@Bungie I had internet issues do to power outage and lost my 4k kit because I dc'd then relogged and got rezzed, then walked around for a few secs and internet went out again at the same time i got shot and then dc'd again at the literal exact time and I would like to be reimbursed of the gear I came in with.

Thank you for reaching us about your issue.
Unfortunately, if the disconnection happen on the player side, we can't recover the gear. If the player suffer disconnection, they can recover their loot with the connection recovery but if they die in-game, there's nothing we can do to help them.
