Stuck in matchmaking

Hi,

I'm stuck in the searching match screen, I can't cancel (nor can any of my teammates) when we close the game and open it up again it prompts us to reconnect or abandon and when we reconnect we just get back into searching again.

I'm recording a video for as long as it stays this way.
