Cloth physics depend on fps similar to cloth in Destiny 2
- Bungie Account Name - Cold#9505
- Platform - Steam
- Description of Issue - Higher fps makes cloth physics stiffer
- Rough Date and Time of issue - All the time
- Repro steps - Set your fps limit to 30 fps, then unlock fps to see cloth stiffen up. The same issue occurs in Destiny 2
