Traxus rep indicator missing when looting Arms Lockers

- Description of Issue - Opening and looting an Arms Locker does not produce a pop-up in the center of the UI showing that your Traxus faction rep has increased, despite the Traxus faction description claiming this is the case. Note that I have seen the same issue with other loot containers (Tick Nests/Embryos for NuCal, Core Storage and Bioprinters for SekGen, and so on).
- Rough Date and Time of issue - March 11, 2026, ~5:45 PM PT
- LINKS: Video of locker being opened with no rep indicator, then opened again and emptied completely with no rep indicator again
