Lost all my loot after a successful extraction

I was in a solo game, and there was about 15 seconds left in the raid when I hit the extract. Then it started counting down from 25, saying the exfil was closing. I run in with about 15 seconds left and see my character get pulled off into the pixel dimension, meaning I extracted, however when I got out, everything I had was gone? Is there any help or way I could recover my wrongfully lost loot?
