Sudden death withou taking damage.

I was running to extract and my runner suddenly died. With full shields and health. I wasnt in the fight, nobody was shooting at me. I have it recorded.

Its possible to get my loadout back ?

This just happened to me as well. Turning on background recording now in case something like it happens again. Out of nowhere, the downed sound played and the UI said "run ended" with no damage report because there was no damage dealt or taken. It wasn't like I was shot several times by a sniper or something, just... gone.
