Only got partial twitch drops

I got some of my twitch drops from the server slam but i have checked my account to make sure all of them were claimed, same for the day 1 rewards. I proceeded to relink my account. I have only gotten partial rewards although i redeemed all rewards

Server Slam Twitch Drops and Progression Rewards are expected to take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account. If you still haven't received it by then, please let us know.

Same issue, background and weapon skin not delivered! Only emblem and sticker....
