High CPU usage, while GPU is not fully used

Hey, when I am in a raid in Marathon I can only get about 70 fps, while using the worst settings and upscaling. In the October playtest my performance was better. Specs: i5 12400f 6700XT 16GB RAM B660 Gaming X DDR4 1TB SSD 800W PSU
