Downed Runner Disconnects and makes loot in accessible

I was running some solo runs on Marathon and I've had at least 4 people disconnect when they were knocked down to make their loot locked. Meaning I cant loot it. Does the dev team know about this? Seems very toxic and unfair. I hope they fix this because its such a bad system for the whole "extraction based pvp" aspect of the game. Have you guys experienced this too?

Same thing happened to me. its only happened when im mid finishing move and they DC during that
