Could see floor below me after death

- Description of Issue - I was killed, body ragdolled a bit, when my body landed, it phased through the floor and I could see the floor below me. This led to info that there was a team below us, which is a bit of an unfair advantage.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - 2/28, 12:30am EST
- Repro steps - Not a clue
