Unable To Complete Introductory Mission. Missing out on Emblem and Background.

Hello,

I was having a lot of various issues with the introductory mission including mouse movement. I decided to exit the mission in order to retry but there is no way to replay the intro mission. I will be ineligible to receive the emblem and background that is unique to finishing this mission. Can the requirements be changed to give these unique rewards to everyone who participated in the server slam?

I am enjoying the game otherwise since I got the mouse issue taken care of.
