Starting game on steam eats ALL pc audio.

Really as simple as the title. The second I press to launch the game, ALL audio on my pc cuts out. I have tried fiddling with a bunch of settings, on my pc and in the game, but nothing works. When I close the game, all audio returns.

I have AMD drivers btw, if that's anything. Windows 10.
