    Update: Bungie has resolved my issue and granted me access to the Marathon base game. I hope everyone else affected receives a resolution soon.

    I also wasn’t able to connect with a PlayStation Support chat agent, even though I was told over the phone that chat support is currently working and receiving requests.

    I contacted PlayStation Support again today by phone. They still say this has to be resolved by Bungie and sent me back to the publisher again. I honestly don’t understand why this is taking so lon...
