I also made a formal complaint with BBB and tweeted the issue to @PlayStation @PlayStationCA @Bungie @MarathonTheGame. I think that may have escalated my ticket.

I submitted a ticket on Bungie.com and reached out on twitter @BNGServerStatus and @MarathonTheGame. Playstation has been useless.   The main reason I bought the game because of the steep discount....
