    Fire storm key template did not create 3 keys.

    I exfilled a completed fire storm template for activating a guarded exfil from night marsh but it did not turn into three templates like the recent dev update said it would.

    Note that they were even sequential UESC eliminations without reloading or switching weapons for me, still didn't count.
