    Stuck in infinite matchmaking for nearly an hour. If we leave the queue we will lose all our loot, please help. We're queue'ing for cryo and on NA East servers.

    Please help. I don't want us all to lose all of our loot, we have some of our best gear on.

    Hello, me and my friends are stuck in a seemingly infinite queue. We're afraid to leave it and lose our loot, but we've been "searching" for half an hour now. We're on NA East servers.
