I clocked in about 10 hours of gameplay this weekend without any problems, so this was the solution for me. I hope it helpe you as well and I hope Bungie/BattleEye patches it quick.

I was in a firefight. When the game reconnected it said I was eliminated.

A query timeout just ended my game right now and I lost 6K worth of gear....

I've been getting the battle eye query timeout error every 15 minutes for the past 2 days, it's making the game unplayable!! My other games that use battle eye do NOT have this issue.

There is some kind of GPU usage bug, my 5070 Ti is maxing out at 60% usage.
