server slam rewards package didn't give me anything

When I claimed my server slam rewards package I didn't get anything from it. I got to level 15 in the server slam but didn't get any enhanced rewards like the runner cores it said I would get.

Pre order bonus not on account

I pre ordered the game a couple weeks ago, but for some reason even though the pre order dlc on steam is enabled I dont have any of the weapon skins or emblems that come with it.
