I also see this issue. 9070 XT as well and on 26.2.2

3. MOUSE DISSAPEARS / DOESNT WORK

On Discord when screen sharing you get the reported and known issue. However, if you turn off "Hardware Acceleration" on Discord, you can stream the game just fine without the game lagging.
