I got 8 twitch drops but only 7 are synced to the game how do I get the last one I missing the worm profilbanner. Can anyone help me pls

Hey there, I got 8 twitch drops for marathon. I only got 7 in marathon synced how do I get the last one it is now more than 48 hours later. Can someone pls help me
