For added context, both of these cases happened on an Xbox Series S, but my friend on an Xbox Series X was also able to see the issue.

I was able to recreate the bug last night, but in different weather conditions, so it may be related to the specific building rather than the weather.   https://imgur.com/a/SaFajSI
