Same issue. Contacted Steam Support..Steam Support is telling us to contact Bungie support. Instead of the runaround, could we be given insight as to how we can access the paid content?

3. Deluxe edition items not in inventory

Same issue. Preordered on Steam. No deluxe edition content, no server slam items, and no unlocked Twitch drops. Uninstalled and reinstalled with same issue.
