Compiler skin not unlocked

Made a post yesterday about my destroyer not getting the cryo skin after defeating compiler. I’ve only gotten a single response from support and nothing else. How long do these investigations take? I gave all details required and linked a video with proof. But still nothing has been addressed, or fixed with this issue. Only one response from support on a post is kind of insane to me. A follow up response would be appreciated, or a timely fix would also be great. Otherwise i guess I’ll have to make a new post every time to get a response from support?
