Our Run, Our DNA Key, Our Kill, Our Loot, But Didn't Get Compiler Skin In Group Quest
Simple Story.
We went in, our run, our DNA Key, our Kill, we Looted it, and Exfilled, but only 2 of us got the skin/codex.
I'm assuming there was complications due to co-operating with lobby players.
I have the clip, for proof, and I know this happens in Teams. That's why I'm here. I know I need to upload the clip.
It is attached, if partially NSFW language.
All I want is my account to have the skin on my Triage, with the codex updates as well.

Thanks for the detailed report.
What you’re describing does line up with a known Compiler reward-credit issue. There is already a bug for cases where a player completes a successful Compiler kill and exfils, but does not receive the shell skin or Codex progress in a multi-crew/group fight.
More importantly, the intended achievement criteria are just to kill the Compiler through damage or assist and then exfil successfully. There is also discussion noting that the crew who started the Compiler fight should automatically get progress, while other players joining the fight only need qualifying damage. So if this was your run, your DNA key, your kill, your loot, and only 2 of you got the unlock, that does not sound correct.
The current investigation notes that the reward incident appears to work when it fires, but that it is not always firing consistently. That matches the kind of case where one or more teammates get the skin/codex and another qualifying player does not.
Your clip, platform, cross-play status, and rough time window are exactly the kind of details that help tie the report to the existing issue.

I am aware that others take this route in reporting an issue, and eventually have the credit funded, such as one of the posts a few links below mine.

UPDATE : I have checked my in-game mailbox and codex, I have not received codex credit or the skin for my Triage. I appreciate your positive response that I deserve credit and my proof is accurate. Please have someone credit my account when possible. I know this is done on a case by case basis, like what happened with the OOB Cryo Boss Room incident last month.
