Crashes are something the team can investigate, but they need a more details to track down what’s happening. The most useful info is your platform, when the crash happens (launch, matchmaking, in a run, on a specific map/activity), and the approximate local time it occurred.
If you’re on PC, one known crash issue involves NVIDIA Smooth Motion being enabled alongside Marathon’s frame generation/DLSS options. Disabling Smooth Motion and trying again is a worthwhile test there.
Live Marathon crash reports are collected for investigation, so specific repro details really do help narrow down whether this is a known issue or a new one.
