outpost exfil then it bugged out

Description of Issue:
My team and I successfully exfilled from the Outpost after completing the Pinwheel encounter and the Red Room. However, after the exfil completed, we received an error that prevented us from returning to the lobby. The only options available were "Leave Lobby" and "Quit." Despite all members of our team successfully exfilling, none of us received our rewards, resulting in each player losing approximately 20,000 points/credits worth of progress and rewards. This was very disappointing given the amount of time invested in the run.

1:45 am SAST
Repro Steps:
Form a team and launch the activity.
Complete the Pinwheel encounter and the Red Room.
Proceed to and successfully complete the Outpost exfil.
After the exfil completes, an error occurs preventing a return to the lobby.
The only available options are "Leave Lobby" and "Quit," and rewards/progress are not granted.

This does look consistent with a known issue we’ve seen where the Run Complete flow can fail after a run ends, which can leave players stuck without returning properly to the lobby and without rewards being granted. I’m sorry you and your team lost that progress after successfully finishing the run, especially after completing Pinwheel and the Red Room.
