Marathon deluxe edition
Hello I bought marathon deluxe edition on 6/2 and still haven’t received the standard edition. It said on twitter/on PlayStation itself it was being offered at no additional cost. Bought it before the description was changed and the game removed from deluxe. Been trying to contact PlayStation support but haven’t received any help was told to come here. Psn is - MidnightMayor

I purchased Marathon Deluxe Edition on June 3 before the description was changed, and I still haven't been granted access to the base game.
I got the same generic response from Bungie telling me to submit the support form. The thing is that the form isn't intended for game ownership or licensing issues. It's for missing in-game items and currency. I submitted it anyway since a Bungie rep specifically told me to, but it's been about 30 hours and I haven't heard anything back.
What frustrates me most is the lack of communication. People have been asking for updates here and on X for the last week, but there hasn't been any meaningful information provided. I've seen a few people say they were granted access on June 10, but I don't know if that's actually true.
I've been trying to get answers for over a week now. Between Bungie and PlayStation, it feels like everyone just keeps pointing people somewhere else.
Hopefully someone from Bungie can provide an update soon.
I really don't see how or why it should be taking this long though. It seems like they are trying to just duck everyone until it blows over and not actually follow through with what they claimed on June 5th.
