After exfilling the game decided I just didn't apparently.

Successfully exfilled(full animation played, message in top left of screen said exfil complete) from guarded exfil, not given option to continue to run report, spectating another team like they were mine instead of the usual post match spectating. When I got back to main screen all my gear from that match was lost.

Play a match through to completion, exfil and just apparently not exfil. I have no clue how this happened.
