Have not received sponsored kits from server outages

Played during the listed times to received compensation, account is Sin#6879. No kits have been delivered to my mail. Have restarted my game multiple times yesterday and logged on today after reset and still did not receive them.

    Hey there,

    Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear you didn't get the Sponsored Kits following recent compensation. Per this post from the Marathon Development Team, the kits have been sent to players who played during the affected times (June 2, 10:00 AM PT to 4:00 PM PT). If you didn't log in to the game during this time window, then you weren't eligible for the compensation.

    If you did play in that time frame, please log out and restart your game for the Sponsored Kits to show up in your mail. If they are still missing, let me know here with a screenshot of your in-game mailbox showing that you didn't get the kits.

  • screenshot posted above, ive restarted multiple times and still have not received them. I played during the entire listed compensation window also. I believe there's supposed to be a message from bungie also that i've seen others receive regarding the new season or something and I havent received that either, so I do not think my mail is working at all.
