Killed Compiler w/ Thief Class and did not receive the skin. Acquired the Ganglion as proof

Defeated the Compiler today with multiple squads around 3:45PM central and did not receive the Thief skin.

Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you did not receive the rewards you expected from defeating the Compiler. We've received some reports of this issue and are investigating the issue further.
I also had the same problem. Did this and also ex-filled with Biotoxic Disinjector and got the REDACTED Vidmaster challenge but not the Thief Skin for killing compiler after a successful exfil... Also my Teammate Tookmaster did not get the skin as well but Cygnus-X-I did. We all did damage to the compiler and killed him in the room he spawns in.
My username is MRRICHARD999#8380 and the other person who did not get the skin is TOOKMASTER#3065.

same, i even posted video proof, but none of my posts have been approved
There are posts in the discord in March about this happening with no response. Why should we believe that now, the day before the season resets, they are going to fix this?
The more I have looked into it, the more I realize getting our skins / codex completion is extremely unlikely at this point, which is very disappointing.
I'll just uninstall for the time-being since it doesn't seem to be a priority.
I know they did adjustments for that team that got killed by NAPainter's team that glitched into the compiler clear room. Hoping they do the same for us over broken code.
That's what I was hoping for until I looked back through forums and discord and saw this has been happening since cryo launched. It's just more visible now because more people are trying him.
