Cleared compiler with my team and did not recieve any of the relevant rewards

I was playing cryo archive with my team and we partnered up with another team to fight the compiler. We beat the compiler and used the exfil after the boss, but only one of crew received the rewards for it (skin, charm, and codex entries), I hope there will be a way to grant the rewards, i was really excited to actually get the compiler in season 1.
My bungie account is captain kupo#4375, i was playing on steam as a triage, and if need be i can provide screenshots of the match as evidence or more info as needed

    Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you did not receive the rewards you expected from defeating the Compiler. We've received some reports of this issue and are investigating the issue further.

    Thank you for your patience.
     
    This bug has been fixed but, unfortunately, we're unable to automatically credit missing Runner Styles. However, if we're able to verify the completion with the information you provided, we can manually credit the missing Style, though we're unable to manually complete the Codex challenge for you.
     
    Information we need for verification:
    • Please confirm: Triage is the Runner Style you're missing?
    • A video showing:
      • Your name clearly displayed, either from your perspective or in another player’s video
      • Killing the Compiler
      • Successfully exfilling

    Once we have the above information, we will review your case. Thank you.
