Problem with battery quest for vidmaster

Hi, I was able to somehow get twenty four batteries and a Ganglion from the compiler (2×)to do my vidmaster contract( it was my last one so I could vid). I don't understand what went wrong. I had the ganglion in my inventory but it didn't count it. I wanted to report this bug. I'm not sure what happened. And is it possible to give me vidmaster on my account For completing it but it not counting my heart cant do it again( I don't have a heart condition called pots). Ty for looking into this and ty even more so if you can give vidmaster( dreams since halo).Apologies for typos I had broken my hand a year ago.
