Just killed Compiler, looted ganglion but got no codex entry?
Finally managed to take down compiler right before season reset and to my dismay, I did not get a codex entry. I have a compiler ganglion in my inventory but cannot use it to barter. Pretty big bummer on this. I killed the boss on recon. Any ways to fix this? Proof: https://imgur.com/a/zGd5Yxh
