Exfil not activating

Description of Issue - my team and i were trying to exfil from cryo 6, succesfully doing it and we activated an exfil throug a terminal. we went to the exfil. everything was fine on the way. the timer, everything. but when we got there the exfil wasnt rotating, as if was inactive. we tried to figure out what was the cause but the time ran off and we died.
As someone who has been farming this keys for entire weeks and trying to do it, i demand to get back the loot we got from there. Hours of my life wasted, and this is not wha i expect from a game i paid deluxe for. Fix this, and give my items back.

We understand an exfil beacon didn't work when expected. We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine how this may have impacted your experience with the game. By any chance, did you record a videoclip of this incident? If yes, then please consider uploading it to a site like Youtube, and linking us to it here. We'll then investigate this incident further.
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
