Game Breaking Assassin's bug on Cryo Archive
Hi... I'm very, VERY, sad :'(
- Bungie Account Name - Haraden#1232,
- Platform - Steam
- Description of Issue - Cryo Archive. I used Shadow Dive on a pillar and got stuck forever. Any time I moved out of "something's range" I got teleported back to the pillar. I killed myself then self-ressed, but nothing... Watch the uploaded video, please.

I don't know if there's a way to get loot back. I know it's the end of the season, but I'm rushing for level 100 and this could help... It could have been my first "golden" cryo archive extraction...

Thank you for reporting this and for including a video of the incident. I'm sorry to hear you got caught in some desyncing above that pillar in Cryo Archive. I've saved your report and video and sent them over to the developers for further investigation.
Unfortunately, Support is unable to restore any lost loot, as any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through Support.
No worries, I understand, the most important thing to me is that bugs (or desync problems) like those are fixed... I enjoy every tiny bit of Marathon and I want to stay.
