We are aware of situations where the Compiler is not granting rewards appropriately after kills.
We are currently looking into these situations.
We’re not able to restore items or progress lost due to disconnects, lag, or other connection issues, including rewards or progress from Compiler takedowns.
I have had the same issue. After completing the compiler battle and clearly defeating the s’pht and exfiling I was unable to claim the cryo assassin skin I am unsure why. I clearly damaged it and after this match under the exact same circumstances my teammate was immediately able to claim the skin.
