Synapse Cube Codex not rewarded after exfil
Hi there,
Flagging a bug that I exfilled with a synapse cube salvage and did not recieve the codex entry. Attached are some images of the cube in my vault and the missing codex. This happened today (May 27th 2026 around 11PM EST). Username: Swamp7hing #5399

Thank you for your report and screenshots.
We are aware of situations where the Codex entries are not progressed appropriately for the Synapse Cube.
We are currently looking into these situations.
I will pass your report and screenshots along to the relevant channels for further investigation.
