Impossible Loot Vault 6
Hi,
I cleared vault 6 and exfiled successfully in front of the compiler fight, but lost my subroutine & an alien alloy to broken loot detection/collision.
Linked clip displays the items show no tooltip when the bag has space, and the items didn't move when pushed by a grenade.
May I please have my codex challenge filled for subroutine 6? I put a lot of work into that vault.

We are aware of situations where items can get stuck on the floor of vault 6.
We are currently looking into these situations.
We’re not able to restore items or progress lost, such as codex challenges, manually through support.
Your report and video will be passed along to the relevant channels for further investigation.
I had same problem. There was a Synapse Cube on the ground of Vault 6 and nobody on my team could pick it up. I tried to move it with a vandal blast, but still nobody could pick it up. Really sucks because gold salvage is basically the only thing I have left that I need to finish up my faction upgrades. :(
Had the same experience with an alien alloy on the floor of vault 6 as well as an unknown reverie that was dropped near it. Kyn#6828 sometime the morning EST 5/24. Items was unable to be picked up when the bag had space, but was highlightable when bags were full.
Imagine getting screwed on a subroutine though :// I don't care that much about the gold loot I just really want my subroutine for DNA access
