Black screen during Compiler fight Back To Back times
This was my first time doing compiler. My screen went completely black whenever I tried during compiler with my friends. The first run we did, we clicked the buttons, we went into the bubble, and the minute I start shooting, my screen turns completely black. I can't do anything to turn it back on. Then we tried a second time, and it happens again! The exact same thing. I get into the bubble to start the damage phase and screen goes black. This has never happened to me before in ANY game. It also never happened while playing marathon. Bungie please. I lost so much stuff because of this. We have been working so hard to do compiler. It seems like the black screen only comes on during that phase with Compiler.

To rule out any issues with the game files or your hardware, we'd recommend clearing your game cache to see if it helps. We'd additionally recommend that you try uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Lastly, if you are on PC, please ensure that all of your drivers, Windows, and your BIOS are all up to date.

I, too, have the same issue.
I've just gotten to the Compiler fight for the third time ever and all 3 times, at some point in the fight, my screen went black.
I've also had it happen in Outpost a couple times. The common denominator seems to be it always happens during or just after intense fights, but not all of them : I've had really intense fights pre grenade nerf where the map was getting carpet bombed by all the players involved and nothing happened.
On Outpost, it does happen very rarely considering the time I've spent on that map, but 3 black screens out of 3 Compiler attempts... Something's iffy.
I have tried clearing game cache, verifying game files, and I'll try to update my BIOS and NVIDIA Drivers. I guess I'll report in the future if it does feel like it's fixed or not.
That being said, I've had issues on another game in the past with the same configuration : Apex Legends, where my frame rate was becoming incredibly choppy (dropping to 6 FPS and lower).
