Description of Issue - One self revive can be use more than one time
Rough Date and Time of issue - 18/15/2026
Repro steps -Get only one self revive on your inventory
- Get dbno
-Use a self revive and succesfully revive
-Get dbno
-Observe as the only serlf revive on your inventory still´s unused

    Maybe you have the level 4 tier upgrade on nucaloric ( 2E_CHANCE.EXE) which give you a small chance of not consuming your self revive on use ?
