bug of synapse cube
Greetings, Bungie Support.
I have retrieved an item from the cryoarchive twice while carrying the Synaptic Cube in my backpack, but the quest/progress was not counted.
Both retrieval attempts were successful, and the item was in my backpack at the time of retrieval.
Could you please check if this is a known bug or an issue with my account progress?
I would also like to retrieve my Synaptic Cube.

Hi there,
Please double-check that the item is not marked for auto-selling at the end of a run. If you're still experiencing this after confirming that the item is not set to auto-sell, please let us know!
