Still no fix to the no final exfile issue on Dire Marsh?

No final exfile due to a lockdown event being in the area the exfile was going to randomly spawn in. Instead of it spawning elsewhere as it should, or just spawning within the event, I just died and lost everything. There goes half an hour of my life. From what I'm reading on here there is no way to have loot returned in this case, so the devs claim. This is very discouraging and kind of a slap to the face. One would think when it's an issue that is not only out of our (players) control but caused solely by the devs faulty coding, it wouldn't be that way.
