Lost my items due to not being able to be revived

My player name is MrDarknzz#2649 Xbox, I was playing with two dudes names Kurt and Chris. We were on cryo. I had all purple items. Got into a gun fight, I got knocked and fully down and my teammates couldn’t revive me after they won the fight. My body bag fell through the floor. Please please please find a way to get my stuff back

    I did not sadly, you couldn’t really see anything even if I could record, my body bag was basically non existent.
