Lunge lock on and extended movement
While playing as Vandal, I double-jumped onto a wall in the Greenhouse area to create vertical distance and avoid an incoming knife attack from an Assassin. Instead of being unable to reach me, the Assassin’s lunge allowed him to fly straight up the wall and close the gap instantly.
Expected Behavior: The Assassin’s lunge should not provide extra unnatural mobility to reach a player who has double-jumped or backed up as the lunge is happening or onto an elevated wall or in air position, especially when the goal is to create safe distance from a melee attack.
Actual Behavior: The lunge granted unnatural extended momentum and movement, letting the Assassin effectively fly up into the air and connect with me.
